Jon Andrews

Jon Andrews has over 30 years of experience working with large employers across all areas of benefits, including health care and financial retirement plans. His primary depth of expertise is within health care benefits, and he has focused on retiree medical design and delivery for the past 15 years. Through designing and implementing marketplace solutions, his work with employers has produced significant employer savings and improved value for participants. His expertise includes group- and individual-product offerings and the full spectrum of employer-funding design alternatives. Prior to joining Extend Health (acquired by WTW), Jon was the large-market sales executive for Aon Hewitt’s HR outsourcing business in the southwest. Jon began his career with The Travelers as an underwriter and successfully managed operations through the company’s evolution to UnitedHealthcare. His focus on benefit administration services began with Synhrgy HR Technologies and Mercer. Jon received his B.B.A. degree in Finance from the University of North Texas. He currently lives in the Dallas area.
