Mark Belland Esq.

Mark E. Belland is a shareholder in the law firm of O’Brien, Belland &  Bushinsky, LLC, located in Moorestown, New Jersey. He is engaged exclusively in the practice of representing labor unions and their affiliated organizations. Belland represents numerous multi employer employee benefit plans including pension, annuity, health and welfare, apprentice, unemployment and vacation plans. His representation includes plans in the construction, manufacturing and retail industries. Belland has lectured and written on various issues involving multiemployer plans including fiduciary responsibility and compliance issues. He received his B.S. degree from the University of Massachusetts and his J.D. degree from Rutgers University School of Law. Belland is a member of the New Jersey and Pennsylvania Bar Associations and has contributed to their quarterly publications in the areas of labor and employment law. He formerly served as Chair of the International Foundation’s Attorneys Committee.
