Larry Brokenshire CET

Larry Brokenshire is a labour relations consultant for Aecon Industrial’s nuclear division. His career in the industrial construction industry spans over 54 years. Since joining Aecon (originally Nicholls Radtke Ltd.), Larry has held a variety of key leadership roles in the fabrication, gas transmission and power sectors, but the major part of his career was in the automotive sector. Before joining Aecon, he held the industrial division manager position with Adam Clark Co. Ltd. in Hamilton, Ontario. Larry became a member of the board of directors for the Association of Millwrighting Contractors of Ontario Inc. (AMCO) and was later elected president of AMCO and undertook a position on the board of trustees of the Millwright Pension and Benefit Trust Funds, a trustee position he still holds today. He joined the board of directors of De Novo, an alcohol and drug treatment facility for the unionized construction trades in Huntsville, Ontario, and was later elected to the co-chair management position. Larry graduated from Ryerson Polytechnical Institute as a mechanical technologist and is a 50-year registered member of OACETT as a certified engineering technologist (CET).
