Alyson Cohen

Alyson Cohen has been working at ZOLL since 2014. Her journey began while she was still in college as a part-time assistant to the director of human resources at ZOLL’s Rhode Island facility. After her graduation from Rhode Island College, she accepted a full-time position with the company and has been working as a corporate benefits specialist since 2021. In this role, she cultivated a passion for helping employees navigate their benefits and ZOLL’s wellness program. Her devotion to empowering employees to better understand and utilize their benefits has been instrumental in the development of a benefits website and targeted multimedia communications that keep employees engaged and excited throughout the year.
