Susan Hunter CHRL, CCMP, CCP

Ms. Hunter is the Principal of Human & Associates and has over 25 years of experience in Human Resource Management. Ms. Hunter is a Certified Human Resource Leader (CHRL) and has worked at the world’s leading consulting firms, Aon Hewitt and WTW (formerly Willis Towers Watson), where she specialized in the areas of talent and rewards focusing on job design and career architecture, gender pay and pay transparency, as well as change management and communication. Today, Ms. Hunter works with organizations in the design and development of HR and compensation programs and practices. Ms. Hunter is a Certified Human Resource Leader (CHRL), holds a B.A. degree from the University of Toronto and a master’s certificate in organization development (MCOD) from the Schulich School of Business, and is a Prosci Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP).
