Daniela Janceski CEBS
Daniela Janceski is the plan administrator of the Ohio Conference of Teamsters & Industry Health and Welfare Fund, the Teamsters Ohio Contractors Association Health and Welfare Fund, and the Ohio Teamsters Apprenticeship and Journeyman Training Fund. Previously, she served as the chief executive officer and plan administrator of the Michigan UFCW Unions and Employers Health and Welfare Fund, where she oversaw the day-to-day operations of over 26 employees, administering third-party health benefits to more than 9,000 plan participants. For the last 20 years, Janceski has identified and implemented many technical solutions to streamline the administration of benefits, including electronic workflows, document management systems, data backup solutions as well as disaster recovery plans. Recently, she has been the driving force toward initiatives in cost containment strategies, disease management, wellness, education and participant engagement. Janceski served on the International Foundation Health Care Management Committee and currently serves on the Administrators Committee. She obtained her Certified Employee Benefit Specialist® (CEBS®) designation from the International Foundation and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Janceski graduated from the University of Michigan with a bachelor of arts and science degree in communication and public relations. She then went on to attain a master’s degree in information systems from the University of Phoenix.
