Shannon LaBarre

Shannon is a passionate pharmacy practice leader offering a unique 22-year PBM career with an impressive performance history. She is applauded by leaders and colleagues for her knowledge of pharmacy benefits and desire to create meaningful changes in the pharmacy industry through thoughtful consulting and a strong appetite for continuous improvement. Shannon expanded the reach of the MMA Pharmacy Practice from PBM coalition to a fully engaged pharmacy practice known as ReInvent Rx. She is a trusted advisor and subject matter expert in pharmacy, including commercial, in-house pharmacy/340B, and PBM practices. As the former director of client services with RxConnection, Shannon specialized in employee benefits consulting. She was responsible for the data analytics department, new business development, and client management. Shannon has also worked as an audit analyst at Express and a pharmacy benefits analyst at Lockton Companies. She has a B.A. in Business Administration from Lindenwood University and is a Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT).
