Scott Richardson oversees new group sales, key distribution partner relationships and non-standard distribution channels for Humana’s Group Medicare business. Scott brings almost 20 years of experience within the Group health business, spending significant time within both the Commercial and Medicare organizations. For the past 10 years, Scott has focused on the Group Medicare business developing deeply rooted expertise in the retiree health benefits space. Through his extensive experience within the Underwriting and Actuarial organizations with Humana, Scott brings a unique perspective to the Sales organization, helping customers achieve their financial goals while continuing to offer market competitive benefits to their employees and retirees. Scott holds a B.S. degree in Computer Science from the University of Kentucky and an M.B.A. degree from the University of Kentucky.
