Douglas Tapp

Doug Tapp is a reward consulting leader in Deloitte’s Rewards and Well-Being practice with more than 25 years of consulting and corporate total rewards experience. He has experience advising clients in all areas of total rewards including broad based compensation design, job architecture, executive compensation including long term incentive design, board of directors compensation and benefit program design. Tapp is the Pay Equity Market Offering Leader for Deloitte. He has served on the National Compensation Advisory Board for WorldatWork and has co-authored articles published in WorldatWork’s Workspan magazine and by National Association of Corporate Directors. Tapp frequently speaks locally and nationally on total rewards topics including pay equity, job architecture/pay structure design, performance management, and the employee value proposition within the future of work. He is a certified public accountant (CPA) and certified financial planner (CFP) and holds degrees in accounting, economics and business.
